Return & Replacement Policy

All Sales Are Final We are committed to providing you with the best products. Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items once a purchase has been made. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your checkout.

Damages and Quality Issues (Replacements) We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item has a verified quality issue or arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you.

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it with2-5 business days on our end. Please note that the actual posting to your account may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing timeline. This timeframe is outside of our control, as it is determined by your financial institution’s internal procedures.

How to Request a Replacement To report a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us at info@funfaccessories.ca. When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
